Data Retention and Deletion


We will retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our app. If you wish to delete your account or request that we no longer use your personal data to provide you with our app, please contact us at support@plish.co. We will retain and use your personal data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.


Since we want to give you as much control over your data as possible, we are currently working on making it possible for you to select exactly what data you want deleted while still keeping your account (as much as this is possible). For instance, if you would want to delete only the data we have on you about the video games you have played, but retain your data on the museums you have visited, we would want to do that without you having to delete your entire account to do so. You should be in control of your data.


Our app is not intended for children under the age of 16.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under the age of 16, we will delete that data as soon as possible. If you believe that we may have collected personal data from a child under the age of 16, please contact us at support@plish.co.


Data Transfer and Storage


We store and process your personal data on servers located in the European Union. Your personal data may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you are located. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country.


How To Delete you Plish Account


Here is a step by step guide on how to delete your account and all data associated with it:


1. Go to your profile on Plish.

2. Click on the settings button on the top right.

3. Click on account settings.

4. Click on the red button titled “Delete my account”.

5. Click “Sure thing! Ciao!” on the pop-up


Once you have deleted your account, it will be deleted from our servers within one hour, and there will be no way to get this information back.
